If I want to send notification to a single device through Web API, is there any chance of mistake from my side that Pushwoosh will notify all subscribers?

Hello,

No, there is no chance that Pushwoosh would send a broadcast notification instead of an individual one in case the device ID is invalid. Please note that if you use "devices" section of our createMessage request to target your users and the push token is invalid, the response of our server contains a warning "UnknownDevices", which you may use in order to keep your userbase up-to-date.
