Hi there, I just attempted to upgrade my account to premium ($49.95) using paypal.

I authorized pushwoosh with Paypal and then attempted to continue the upgrade.

"This will take $49.95 from your paypal account, are you sure?"

Upon clicking yes I am taken back to my payment methods page and told to add a credit card. The upgrade has not been completed.

I've since had an email notification from paypal stating that the $49.95 has been taken from my account.

Anyone had similar or can offer any advice? I've already sent a "contact us" request, but I always assume the response time is poor with contact forms.

Thanks -Chris

It usually takes a couple of minutes for the account to be upgraded.

Anyway, thanks for pointing it out, we'll add a success alert to the page you are being forwarded after completing the payment, so the credit card page won't confuse our users.

Huh... it now appears to have changed to a premium account, so please ignore! :D

Oh cool, thanks. Yeah the message I was given was negative ("please add a card"), so I assumed a failure occurred.

I actually got a quick response to my email query too so thanks for that,

however, I am unable to reply to it due to an email server error

Failed Recipient: help@pushwoosh.com Reason: Remote host said: 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [X.X.X.X] blocked using dnsbl.sorbs.net; Dynamic IP Addresses

Can someone at Pushwoosh let Dmitry know, so he can close the case?

Ta -Chris

Hello, i'm suggesting you delist your mail server from blacklist... please use this link http://dnsbl.sorbs.net/delisting/overview.shtml
