Hi, I'm currently on the two week free trial trying to evaluate this service.

I've added a single tag to my app, "usertype" which will be "PARENT" or "STUDENT"

function PWtagset(inusertype)
{
       var pushNotification = window.plugins.pushNotification;
  pushNotification.setTags({usertype: inusertype},
                  function(status) {
                    alert('setTags success');
                  },
                  function(status) {
                    alert('setTags failed');
                  });
}

I get the success alert after maybe 2 to 20 seconds later

I then have a function to display my settings:

function PWtagget()
  {
   var pushNotification = window.plugins.pushNotification;
  pushNotification.getTags(function(tags) {
          alert('tags for the device: ' + JSON.stringify(tags));
         },
         function(error) {
          alert('get tags error: ' + JSON.stringify(error));
         });
   }

I make repeated calls to set the tags with differing values, but despite the success callback, the get tags does not seem to update for about 20 to 30 mins later.

Is this delay normal, or is today just a slow day?

Thank you, Kevin

The queues in the system was a little bit high on that day due to an upgrade. This was resolved.
