I'm writing a component that uses the PushWoosh API's /createMessage. Now I want to add a health check to my component that only verifies that the API is available and I can authenticate with my token - "ping it" so to say.

I'm currently doing it by calling /createMessage first, then a /deleteMessage to get rid of the health check message. Is there a simpler way to create a ping?
