I am having problems with the basic pushwoosh setup in a c# windows phone 8.1 project.

When i try to add capabilities lines to direct to the app manifest file I get an problem.

The error is The 'Name' attribute is invalid - The value 'ID_CAP_IDENTITY_DEVICE' is invalid according to its datatype http://schemas.microsoft.com/appx/2010/manifest:ST_Capabilities - The Enumeration constraint failed.

I wasn't able to find any way of adding these using the design view so tried to add them direct in the xml.

I juts found this on further research from a document about upgrading from windows phone 8 to 8.1

If you update your code to use Windows Phone 8.1 APIs for push notifications with the WNS service, do the following things.

Clear ID_CAP_PUSH_NOTIFICATION on the Capabilities page of the Windows Phone 8 WMAppManifest.xml file. Push notifications do not require a capability in the Windows Phone 8.1 Package.appxmanifest file.

Register your tile assets on the Visual Assets page of the Windows Phone 8.1 Package.appxmanifest file.
