In the example: "ios_ttl": 3600, // Optional. Time to live parameter - the maximum lifespan of a message in seconds

What is the ttl ( time to live ) correspond to?

Does this mean PushWooh will keep retrying to send the message to APN within the ttl period? Or this parameter is pass to APN server for them to retry sending the message to the device within the ttl period?

This parameter will be passed to APNS, and ANPS will try to delivery notification during this period.
