This is my request:

{"request":{"application":"08272-53B51","auth":"API_Token","notifications":{"content":"blah!","send_date":"2015-04-28 13:20:07"},"content":"blah!","send_date":"2015-04-28 18:59:59"}],"conditions":["playerId","EQ","226234"],"wp_type":"Toast","platforms":[5]}}

I expect to recieve that only on device which sent tag "playerId" that equals to 226234 in this case. But i recieve that notification on every device.

I get this response:

{"status_code":200,"status_message":"OK","response":{"Messages":["661B-BCAE05B2-73D6617F","0C35-DDF2941C-D6A1307F"]}}

It seems that your condition was ignored, try "conditions":[["playerId","EQ","226234"]]
