i using gomoob/php-pushwoosh and method $notification = Notification::create()->setSendDate('2015-08-10 17:30'); dont work.

Hi. Please note that gomoob library is third-party, and we do not officially support it. You might want to refer to our PHP sample of /createmessage request (scroll down and choose PHP right above the code block).

You are setting send date to '2015-08-10 17:30' and it IS 17:30 after print_r() call. So it works fine here.

But check that you are sending timestamp in UTC timezone. If problem still exists, send me MessageCode(or message id) of created message
