The app we made is a sub-system in our project. We have some really serious message need deliver to end user. Push message is just one of channels. We really need to be noticed if user removed app or banned push notification, then we can decide post message via email or SMS.

Is there any way to detect remove app or ban push?

It is rather simple to achieve on Android.

On iOS it's easy to detect push ban, but not easy to detect app removal.

I would suggest two possible scenarios:
1. Backup with SMS channel if user did not interact with push notification.
2. Send push as background-push (aka silent push) to wake the app in background and present local alert.
