Hi

We need to push the tags similar to android for the users who use chrome and then use the same tags for segmentation of users based on browsing history.

Is there any resource related to this?

Thanks

Hello,

Looking in pushwoosh-chrome.js the method pushwooshRegisterDevice() which use the remote API. Using the method doPushwooshApiMethod(), here is how to setTags

doPushwooshApiMethod('setTags', {
        "application": APPLICATION_CODE,
        "hwid": hwid,
        "tags": {
            idUser: 12
        }
    }
);

Hello Vinay,

This is yet undocumented in our guides, but you should download the latest pushwoosh-chrome.js file, and call the setTags method from your javascript, e.g.:

setTags({
    "TagName1": "TagValue1",
    "TagName2": "TagValue2"
});
