Recently sent a push that had a error I'd never seen bofore "MismatchSenderId"

Previous pushes didnt have this message, I had a look on the forum and was suggensted to make a new key.

So logged into Google Dev and created a new server key and added this to my Android config - it acepected the key but now my Android Subscribers is 0? Have I lost them all??

If I have lost them is there a way to get them back?

Hello, Mark.

Sometimes this error can be solved using Browser Key instead of Server Key. As for lost subscribers, I recommend you to write to Pushwoosh tech-support https://www.pushwoosh.com/contact-us/ There is an opportunity to backup your subscribers.
