I have a showstopper issue with PW, I've had a ticket open for a week, and I've heard nothing for three days. PW API says my notifications succeed, yet my devices get nothing.

We agree with Jeff. My question remains unanswered for quite some time now: https://community.pushwoosh.com/questions/2998/push-to-open-url-in-browser-does-not-work-in-ios

If PushWoosh was a free service it's one thing, but we pay to use the service so one would expect better support service.
