I am using Phone Gap Build with Pushwoosh plugin: <plugin name="com.pushwoosh.plugins.pushwoosh" spec="3.4.2" source="pgb"/> Build with PhoneGap (iOS / Android / Windows) resp. cli-5.2.0 (3.9.1 / 4.1.1 / 3.8.1)

Since migration to cli-5.2.0 my Apps Android seems to not receive Push anymore through RSS. I say "seems" because I can't check every users but I don't know any that received. On reporting all push are sent successfully. If I send through cp.pushwoosh it works, then I suppose code is good. iOS Apps works well.

Are you aware of any trouble on pushwoosh that can affect push on Android recently, or no-compatibility with 3.4.2 plugin version with cli-5.2.0 that prevent devices to receive push ?

My Application code: C04E8-7DDEA, I've recently migrated to App version 1.2.10, seems that troubles start after that.

Actually, "com.pushwoosh.plugins.pushwoosh" is a really old version of the plugin which is not supported anymore. Could you please let us know whether the issue can be reproduced with our “pushwoosh-pgb-plugin”?
Please note that we have moved to npm, so to add the plugin you should use the following line:

<gap:plugin name="pushwoosh-pgb-plugin" source="npm" />

Please refer to our PhoneGap build guide for the most complete information regarding a plugin integration. PhoneGap Build Guide.

It couldn't be due to the version of plugin because they are old users, already registered months ago and receiving Push till few weeks. And why they receive Push if I send directly through cp.pushwoosh ?

Is it possible to send me the list of tokens and tags for this App ? I'll investigate it.

Does it exists an expiration time of Android token ?

In the main time we are upgrading the plugin but we also need to understand if it's the unique factor.

Thanks for you help
