Cordova app made with Intel XDK.

I'm testing my push app on different devices. On Android 4.4.2 in example everything works well: the app receives push in foreground or in background

On Android 5.0.1 the same app receives the push only after few seconds after it loses focus (because I change the task). I continue seeing it in app active (by the open app button) but it is like "closed" (if I click on app in the open app tab I see the splash screen so the app is restarting). What's appening? I must receive pushes even if the app is "closed". there is a way to do it in newer Android?
