How can i get a Safari Push to open a page and not the main site?

Hello,

Actually, it is quite simple: you should specify URL template in the Safari settings and a value for a placeholder when sending a push.

So if i set this: http://youwebsite.com/%@

Under the placeholder i can add: /page

and it will open the page?

Yes, it is pretty much like that, expect for one thing: since there already is a slash in the URL template, you shouldn't add another one in placeholder. Aside from that, you are absolutely correct.
