Hi!

When the application process is terminated (killed) via Task Manager all push processing for such application is ceased until the application is launched again. It's a default behavior for Android devices.

It is actually pretty strange that you are able to receive a notification while the application is killed using Task Manager. As far as I can know it's not possible for Android to receive a notification when the application is terminated.

Could you please verify whether the application is just closed OR killed via Task Manager?

I apologize for the confusion. The application is not force-stopped, am I correct?

I am not using force stop i just minimize and kill by swipe as general app kill method of android, not using force stop

Then it's okay that you are getting a push notification, however it's strange that the payload is not present. Could you please contact our support service at help@pushwoosh.com ?
