"NotRegistered" status means that tokens for these devices were returned by GCM as invalid. This happens when a user uninstalls the application, manually unsubscribes from push notifications, or when the token is changed by GCM.

If a subscriber uses the unregisterDevice, the device is excluded from the list right after GCM returns the NotRegistered message.

As for the "InternalServerError", this message means that GCM failed to deliver the message to the device with particular push token because the server encountered an error while trying to process the request.
