How can i register a chrome web user like it's been done in android (like hwid) my goal is to send private notification to specific user and for that I need to assosicate a user name or somthing like that.

can i use remote API ? currently I've implemented the "Chrome Web Push for HTTP websites" tutorial and it's working well but only from pushwoosh site push messages to all users and not specific one.

anouther question - if I'm using android webview for rendering my html files and working with the same logic as in the "Chrome Web Push for HTTP websites" tutorial it should work ? or I need to do the android tutorial ?

Thanks.
