Hello,

I am having issues with push notifications getting to iOS 10 devices. I have and iPhone and iPad using the same build of an app. The iPad is iOS 9 and the iPhone is iOS 10. The iPad gets the notifications, the iPhone does not. This is so frustrating. We were thinking of upgrading our account but we cannot do this until we are sure this is a viable solution. Is anyone else experiencing this??? I should mention I am using version 6.2.1 of the plugin.

Thanks!

Hello!

I have already answered to your request you have sent to Pushwoosh support. However, let me post the answer here.

Please note, that you are using an outdated version of the plugin. It should be mentioned, that versions higher that 6.2.1 have several critical updates related to iOS 10. We strongly recommend to update to the latests Cordova plugin, you can get it here: https://github.com/Pushwoosh/pushwoosh-phonegap-plugin
