Hi, I try to use the automatic configuration to create the ios certificate.

I enter my Apple ID and password but the result is : "Failed to login to Apple: Error Description not available" (I have triple check that the password is the correct one)

If I enter a wrong password the response is: "Failed to login to Apple: Your Apple ID or password was entered incorrectly."

Do you have any idea what's happening ?

Hello!

Please note that I have just personally checked iOS Auto Configuration form and it is working correctly as it supposed to.

I kindly ask you to make sure that you have entered correct credentials for https://developer.apple.com/ and your Apple Developer Program subscription is active.

Regards, Nikita.

Thank you for your response. I can login to https://developer.apple.com/ and my Apple Developer Program subscription is active but I still see this error when I try the IOS auto configuration.

This is very strange, if I enter the good password the response is : "Failed to login to Apple: Error Description not available" If I deliberataly enter a false password the response is "Failed to login to Apple: Your Apple ID or password was entered incorrectly."

I have created another Pushwoosh app to test and I get the same eroor

Hello,

Could you please try to configure your application manually by following this guide?

http://docs.pushwoosh.com/docs/apns-configuration

Please let me know about results!

Hello I did it manually and it worked! I have re-tested the auto config on a new app for test purpose and I still got the same error message!

Hello,

I kindly ask you to note that Pushwoosh Auto configuration does not work properly if you have enabled two-step verification for your Apple Developer Portal.

You should disable it or configure your app manually.

Regards, Nikita.
