Hello, my Android users, after some time has to re-install the app OR clear data/cache to get further push messages. Why is this?

Hello!

Could you please check your Push History and let me know whether there are any "MismatchSenderId" errors? If yes, we suggest to replace Server Key with Firebase Cloud Messaging Token.

The reason is that Firebase is deprecating Server Keys and replacing them with Firebase Cloud Messaging Tokens, and occasionally Server Keys may just stop working. Please see the guide provided by the link below to get more detailed information:
