Hi Is it possible to write a normal windows desktop application (using Visual Studio with MFC, for example) to receive pushwoosh notification? Or it works only with Windows 8 MS Store applications?

I want to write a simple application that stay on tray area and shows notification as baloon or toast boxes.

I cannot use Windows 8 as my customer base use mostly Windows 7 or even Windows XP.

Thanks.

Hello,

Please note that there is currently only Windows 8 "out of the box" solution. Other Windows versions is not supported at the moment.

Best regards, Nikita.
