I'm setting userId on my app (iOS and android) as docs suggest, but tags seem to be saved by device, instead of userId.

Is it possible to set tags values from sdk giving a UserId (email in my case) in order to share the tags for the same user in different devices AND keep different tags values for different users on the same device?

Thanks in advance.

Basically, there is no such option since "Push by UserID" feature was developed for use cases when one user has several devices, not vice versa.

As for your case, you can store user-related info (such as tags) on your side and program your app to send /setTags request each time a new user is logged in.
