We have a merketing account. We are wondering what are the remote API rate limitations, especially with the /createMessage call? Somewhere we read that only enterprise accounts have no restrictions everyone else has 600 calls/minute to /createMessage. Does that mean 600 calls within one minute no matter what payload, e.g. 1000 target devices for each request possible? Or does it mean 60 target devices payload and 10 calls / minute? Is there any IP limitation as well, e.g. multiple requests from different accounts from the same IP?

Actually, there is a limit of 600 /createMessage requests per minute. In other words, you should not send more than 10 requests per second during one minute.

On the other hand, you can send 600 notifications in one request and then wait for a minute to send another one. The notification, in this case, will be counted as an individual request.

If it will be more than 600 notifications per minute, you will get "QUOTA_EXCEEDED" error, and such requests will not be sent.

And yes, one notification could contain up to 1000 devices if devices parameter is specified.

There is no IP limitation, the limitations exist for the account on which application is stored.
