I'm updating my ios certificate and I'm encountering a problem when I click on Save with the message "Cannot read p12 file".

I've followed all the steps instructed by documentation in pushwoosh website more than once and have the same error every time.

Please advise because our certificate will expire soon and we will not be able to send notifications.

Hello,

Could you please let me know if you have exported Private Key as per our guide?

http://docs.pushwoosh.com/docs/apns-configuration#4-exporting-private-key

Additionally, you can try to renew your certificate using Auto Configuration Tool in case your subscription restrictions allow you to do this.

Regards, Ivan

Hi,

Step by step and more than one time. Actually I have done it in the past successfully.

Unfortunatelly we have the free subscription so I can't use the auto configuration tool.

Please advise.

Hi,

May I ask you to upload only .p12 file without .cer file?

Please let me know about the results!

Regards, Ivan

Hi,

Could you please submit a ticket in our support system (help@pushwoosh.com) and provide us with your .p12 file?
