Hi,

Please note that I have passed your request to our developers, I will update this thread as soon as they respond.

By the way, this method is Enterprise API method. In order to check the account restrictions may I ask you to provide us with your Pushwoosh username?

Please let me follow-up on my previous message. The thing is that our site sends "https://cp.pushwoosh.com/json/1.3/getUserDetails" request instead of "https://cp.pushwoosh.com/json/1.3/getUsersDetails".

Could you please call this method using third-party API client, such as ARC, Insomnia or Postman and let us know about the results?

We will update the description in our Guide soon, thank you for pointing out to this issue!

Regards, Ivan
