You can copy/paste emoji into the "Message" input field in your Control Panel, for example, from a Chrome Emoji plugin, and it will do the trick (see screenshots attached). It also works the same way with API createMessage requests.

We are planning to add our own set of emoji icons into the Send Push form soon.
