I specified custom icon url via Control Panel. It works for me on iOS, but not on Android.

How come it works on iOS? This platform doesn't allow any customization of icons actually :)

As for Android, please note that a custom icon is displayed only in the Android message center (the one you open by sliding down from the top of the screen), not in the notification line in the top of the screen.

Besides, Android icons and banners are supported on devices running Jelly Bean v4.1 and above (please refer to http://developer.android.com/design/patterns/notifications.html). Any chance your device runs the lower version of Android?

It's latest version of Android.

My app is Rope Man. Icon is there and it's ok for me. But no icon on Android. https://community.pushwoosh.com/upfiles/Фото_17.05.14,_22_45_29.png

As I see, iOS Notification Center displays the default application icon, which is the correct behavior.

Could you please also provide the image URL you input in Android "Icon" field in Pushwoosh CP, and the screenshot of the actual result on your Android device?
