Is there a way to set tag to devices, when message was pushed For example: I want to send push notifications weekly to devices that doesn't received this weekly push yet So there is "Push A" - it sends weekly - one device must receive "Push A" only 1 time after it registered

Thanks a lot

Hello,

Yes, it is possible. Moreover, there are different ways to achieve this.

1) You can use our Custom data feature, and send a setTags request once the notification with the custom data is opened.

2) You can modify the onMessageReceive receiver in the main activity, so setTags would be called when the push is received.

Thanks, So there is no way to do this from Remote API (like a server-side callback) ?

Unfortunately, not yet.

We actually are working on the AutoPush feature, and I believe that it would fit your requirements (send an individual specified notification to each subscribed user), but at the moment I cannot provide any ETA, the development might take quite some time.
