Is it possible to register a device with only the HWID and no Device Token?

Well.. plugin/SDK tries to deliver push token with the registerDevice several times if something fails (or on subsequent app launch). If Pushwoosh replies with the code 200, everything will be recorded and nothing will be lost. If you want to proxy this, you can record HWID as well and duplicate the whole registerDevice call from your server, but I see no good reasons for doing this.

In cases where the call to registerDevice in the plugin fails it would be useful to handle registration remotely via the API so notifications can still be sent to the user.
