I've no answer from the support team since a week. I received the confirmation email that a ticket has been created but that's it. Does anyone have the same problem ?

The number of support tickets we receive increased significantly during the last week, and we are doing our best to respond everyone as soon as possible. We will definitely speed up now to respond to your ticket as well.

By the way, I was not able to locate your ticket by searching your name and/or email you use on this resource. Could you please provide the ticket number you are referring to?
