Hi,

I'm having problem register my device to an application. My initPushwoosh is exactly same as sample project. I even received the token from the pushNotification.registerDevice. But when I login to Pushwoosh and check my application, it showing 0 subscribers.

Please help, thanks in advance.

Hi,

Thanks for your response, but i think my case a bit different. When i tried to push messages to all the subscribers, i got "MismatchSenderId" in the report and then the subscriber count reset to zero.

Thanks.

Puah.

Hi,

If you receive MismatchSenderId please check that server key you have used in Pushwoosh Control panel matches the Project ID you have used in the app. Also sometimes it helps switching the server key with the browser key.

Hi,

The Project ID you mean is the GOOGLE_PROJECT_ID in the initPushwoosh right? But where can i check the server key in the Pushwoosh Control Panel? Please advice.

Thanks,

Puah.

Yes, Google Project Id goes into initPushwoosh function. To check server key go to the application in the control panel, click "configure" and then click on "edit" in the row with the "android" icon.

Hi,

I tried that and seem working now, but got some delay about the push messages. Is this normal?
